They are also not afraid to borrow. Compare their $10b chinese loan to that of ghana's $3b that every Tom Dick and Harry complained about.

THE WAY IVORY COAST BEAT GHANA HANDS DOWN IN COCOA PRODUCTION, THAT'S HOW THEY CAN EASILY BEAT GHANA HANDS DOWN IN CRUDE OIL PRODUCTION.
THE SAD FACT IS GHANA'S SHARE OF OIL PRODUCED IN OUR OWN BACKYARD IS LESS THAN 12% OF TOTAL OUTPUT, MAINLY BECAUSE OF GHANA'S DERISORY STAKE IN GHANA'S OIL PRODUCTION.
MEANWHILE, GHANA HAD ENOUGH MONEY FOR WOYOME AND PAYING FRAUDULENT JUDGEMENT DEBTS, INCLUDING PAYING FOR MAHAMA TO TAKE EXPENSIVE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS IN DUBAI AT GHANA TAX PAYERS' EXPENSE.

The problem with AFRICAN COUNTRIES IS:
We see ourselves as RIVALS rather than BROTHERS,bonding for one just cause.
The developed countries make us think we have to compete,so we become fools for them to exploit us,yet we don't know.
If GHANA & IVORY COAST WILL BE WISE ENOUGH TO BOND AS ONE:
WE COULD HAVE CONTROLLED THE PRICE OF COCOA IN THE WORLD MARKET.
WHY?
BECAUSE IVORY COAST IS THE LARGEST,SECONDED BY GHANA,WHO HAS THE BEST COCOA,PERIOD.
But our leaders are fools and will never think of anything/OPPORTUNITY/CHANCE they can capitalize on,to our advantage.
The WEST DO NOT HAVE COCOA,BUT WE DO.
Therefore,we have to process it before selling to them.
Many World market products are IN CRUDE FORM,BUT NOT THE PROCESSED.
Example:
Machines, cars, books, etc have no world market price, but bauxite has.
Aluminium is extracted out of bauxite, which engine blocks and other products are made from.
COCOA BEAN HAS WORLD MARKET PRICE BUT NOT PROCESSED COCOA,like:
Ovaltine,Milo,Chocolate,chocolate biscuits etc.
WHAT AFRICA HAS(NATURAL RESOURCES) ARE ALL ATTRACTED BY WORLD MARKET PRICE.
The question is:
AS LONG AS WE SELL TO THESE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES,OUR RAW MATERIALS,DOES IT NOT MEAN,WE WOULD ALWAYS BE CHEATED BY THE PRICE THEY QUOTE ON WORLD MARKET?
This is what the brains of our leaders do not think about to change things,so we can also compete in the world market stage.
IVORY COAST SHOULD NOT SEE GHANA AS A RIVAL BUT A BROTHER TO REASON/BOND/ASSOCIATE WITH,SO THEY CAN TOGETHER,MAKE THINGS HAPPEN,ON THE WORLD MARKET STAGE.

There is in the seafloor plenty of un- eatable and eatable fish whose dead carcasses turn to oil that have to be tapped and taken out every to produce oil for human use. There is nothing wrong with that.
