You knew when the factory would be operational yet failed to find out the type and variety of tomato farmers in the area are growing and if they were suitable for your purpose. If you were the proactive type you would even supply them the right seedling. As it is,you and the workers will be paid until next June without performing any job. Does look like you need this job. they need to get rid of you for wasting the tax-payers money.
