The late Justice Daniel Annan took the 10% cut on the last expansion. That was a "gift" from Jerry Rawlings (I've got audio tapes on this). I wonder who is taking it this time. Mahama or his brother?

Once again involve Burkino Faso in this development. Construct a railway system through Sunyani to Tamale and a big industrial area in Tamale for Burkina Faso and Niger to pick up their items. These countries will work with the international committee to get this done. This will create jobs and development in the area. Railway system is the way to go.
