To be like the big boys of the western world Ghana needs to do things accordingly. Safety and shoddy work should not be accepted. When you ask a Ghanaian contractor to for example to paint a room instead of measuring the square footage to know the amount of paint for the job he will just tell you he needs 5 gallons of paint while only 3 gallons are needed. Please educate these contractors the world is moving forward and if they want to keep their business going they should get on the band wagon and move along.

at least in usa and europe..unless allowances are made for the rainy season and the Contractor should put that in contract.. Then the can only blame it on gov. for not providing timely payment for each installment
