  THIS IS A GREAT IDEA BUT WILL REQUIRE FINANCTIAL DISCIPLINE TO DO THAT WITH CLEARLY DEFINED FRAMEWORK TO BE ADHERED TO!!!

  Management and consistent monitoring of affairs has been the bane that has threatened Ghana's Economy for all these years.
  
  If NDC can pull this off smoothly, Mahama's Administration, though has started with hiccups, could go on record as one the best in Ghana's history.

  We hope this will not be a little essay of good intentions. This is the job of the government and why parties have been elected over the years. This is the cumulative effect of a long period of neglect by various governments since the late 1970, in the development and maintenance of infrastructure. How many people have died from the poor state of our roads? How many have needlessly lost their lives to poorly resourced hospitals? The country will pay dearly for its recent poor credit rating and mounting indebtedness. Get your economic fundamentals right before even going out to international bond markets. In any case, lenders will prefer providing debt capital instead of equity.
