I think the potential beneficiaries will have to declare their annual revenue and assets before receiving such cash.By the way,if the govt cares so much about the poor, why are they closing down all the small business in town? Now we cannot bring used fridges, used tyres, engines and some gadgets. Why?Fishermen can't go about doing their business, traders and even farmers. Why?Is that how to reduce poverty?I hope the govt. will really have to review some of these stumbling blocks for local business population to grow then going round spreading cash to ghost names.Thank you.

Do these Govt Ministers stop to think for a minute?
Or they think everybody is a fool but they are the only ones who can think?
For every $12 given out perhaps $50 goes into tea-drinking or into the pockets of these executives.
It is a shame indeed that after 56 years of independence and closing down all factories, this is the end of Ghana! And some are proud of their achievement as government executives?
