What NPA rules did Vivo play by? There are two laws in Ghana - one for Ghanains and one for foreigners who can afford to pay bribes. The truth will come out one day and Ghanains will find out for themselves why we will never progress as long as you have corrupt and greedy companies like Vivo around. NPA rules state clearly that you need 50% Ghanaian ownership for an OMC licence. What happened? Vivo is more than 80% foreign owned! Does this guy think Ghanains are stupid?
