There is a requirement for 50% Ghanaian Ownership to operate in the downstream petroleum sector in Ghana.
Vivo Energy have clearly paid bribes to government officials in Ghana to acquire their licence.
The people of Ghana must speak out against this practice by corrupt foreign companies like Vivo and Vitol who are 40% shareholders.

They killed Ken Saro-Wiwa in Nigeria.
They still own 20% of Vivo Energy.
No Ghanaian should buy fuel from these criminals.
