ESTABLISH A REGULATION TO FINE [$] A HOUSE OR ANY PROJECT THAT NEEDS SAFTEY REPAIRS AND ON INSPECTION HAS NOT DONE IT THIS CAN CREATE JOBS FOR TECHNICIANS IN THE BLUE COLLOR JOBS AS DONE IN AMERICA.
