    If there is waste at the Utilities go and demonstrate and hold the MD and thier Board memembers to reduce the waste. October 17th is a Thursday and if these workers don't go to work would you expect to be paid? Then you go on ...

    Strike unnecessary. Providing utilities is costly. What no tariffs, no water and
    no electricity. Dialogue and individual change in use of the utilities will reduce the burden.
