FDA is a sick joke .. They pose as the savior and are all about deception as they were created by the corporate new world order . They pose as the savior as they sell the corporate clubs products and kill off companies that are not in the corporate club, especially if the company is making a good quality product, they can't have that now - so the scam goes to work and demonizes the good company and before u know it the corporate media which is also a tool for the club goes to work and puts the good guy out of business.. WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER - HARD CORE POVERTY AND TYRANNY WITH DEPOPULATION AS THEY POSE AS THE SAVIOR...DEATH TO THE NE W WORLD ORDER!!.. . . . . . . . . .

Clueless idiot! How did those fake drugs get into Ghana on such large scale in the first place, since they seem to have come in through officials channels?

Somebody please help me here. I thought:
- Importation and/or product registration licenses were sought and approved first for each and every food and/or drug product before their importation into the country. If not then some things are being done in a backward fashion.
- That as part of the approval of such importation/registration licenses, submission of all relevant documents (dossier) plus samples of the intended food and/or drug product for full release testing, as per local government regulations, were a requirement regardless of availability of such test results in originating country. If not how would the country’s regulatory body ascertain and/or confirm the purity, identity, strength, quality and efficacy of the product in question, as reported?
- The ports have on file a list of all food and/or drug products approved for importation into the country for clearing agents, standards board agents and FDA agents in particular, etc. to cross-check with before giving their stamps of approval.
1. The onus, therefore, should lie on individuals or corporations with the intent to import to firstly obtain the “permission” to import any food and/or drug product.
2. The regulatory body mandated to enforce or oversee quality compliance must step up their operations and bring to book any entity that violates the rules.
3. Ghana’s FDA in collaboration with law enforcement agencies must be empowered to go after the smart ones who will still manage to “bring them in” regardless of existing controls. Look, the underground economy has come to stay and is booming so understand where I’m coming from.
