Why does this MP think that 3% of porting means a failure of the system? Its rather a failure should you realise a higher percentage of porting. The MNP is only available for people who have the 'wish' to switch providers. Has the MP taken the trouble to find out how many of the subscriber population want to port? if we know that fogure, then perhaps can argue on the failure of the system.
