you can get that on credit card in america. You would have good credit but still no collateral...Plus on other loans if you buy a car that is the collateral..Home loan too!

banks loose money in usa if the person declares bankrupt(like ghana) while they have huge sums on their cards..Unless the judge gives them the repayment plan option
