Now is the time for an FOI BILL to pass the House. It's been long overdue and the early Parliament passes the Bill into Law, the better.

If the Bill were LAW and operational, no government agency will craft side bills like what the Energy Ministries intends to do.
It will save time and duplication of ideas and policies.
