1. In the early 80's you came up with the ERP 1 and 2.They had no social content, it was later that you added the PAMSCAD.
How could you ask a people to buy healthcare when they have no identifiable income? You are killing us.
2.You know Ghana's Tax system is not what it should be.
3. The Accountant General's Department is not Accounting for the State's Business.
4. You know the Auditors General's Department is not auditing any of the systems that make nation.
5. My questionto you is, as Bankers, Economist and partners in Ghana's Development Programs, why do you put money an entity when you know that the very structures that will help you recoup the investment are simply not there.
Ghanaians are dying and World Bank/ IMF are part of it.
