    The government cannot even help basic elementary schools. Look at the pitiful school buildings dotted around the country. And don't forget the ones under trees!

    So we spend the next 20 years improving our School- buildings, helping basic elementary schools-----and after that we start training our engineers , doctors and pilots. What is wrong with doing both things at the same time ...

    you don't know what you are talking about...Aviation is a self funded education across the world..Govt has no business using tax payers money for such projects
