THREATEN THOSE COUNTRIES THAT MANUFACTURE AND SMUGGLE THE MATERIALS INTO GHANA WITH ALIENS COMPLIANCE ORDER,JUST LIKE WE DID TO THE CHINESE,NIGERIAN ETCETERA,
GALAMSEY OPERATORS.
THERE HAVE TO BE SOME MEASURES THAT WOULD MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE CULPRITS TO OPERATE.
WHAT WE FAIL TO CONFRONT,WE CAN NEVER CHANGE.
HE WHO DOES NOT STAND FOR SOMETHING,WILL EVENTUALLY,FALL FOR EVERYTHING.

Lack of good management and too much of unskilled labour occupying places they are not suppose to be,also the old employers don't want to leave for new graduates to bring in new ideas
