Don't just be a " sit in the office CEO". Be an all hands on deck CEO like a White man just for your business to prosper. Ghanaians are not serious when it comes to setting up businesses. They tend to be bossy while the business is being taken over by "ants, rats, roaches, termites etc" then the death nail is driven through the coffin.
Make sure you know whatever is going in every corner of the business else, this venture will be a " day wonder".

I THINK IT WILL BE BEST TO LOOK AT THE EUROPEAN MODEL, ASIAN MODEL.
THE NEED TO PROVIDE GREATER MOBILITY TO WEST AFRICAN CITIZENS BETWEEN NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES WILL BE PARAMOUNT.
HOWEVER, THESE NATIONS MUST MAINTAIN THEIR RESPECTIVE CURRENCIES. THE EURO MODEL SHOWED US THE VARIOUS PITFALLS THAT COME WITH THIS.
WAT DO YOU DO WITH NEIGHBOURING NATIONS WHO DONT PULL THEIR WEIGHT? SURE, YOU CAN PROVIDE THE NECESSARY BAILOUTS AND HELP, BUT YOU CANT FORCE A HORSE TO DRINK.
He cited employment for the rapidly growing young population: THE NATION MUST PUT MONEY INTO YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STRATEGIES. OTHER NATIONS HAVE DONE IT, AND CONTINUE TO.
affordable health care: NHIS IS A GOOD START, BUT IS IT WORKING? HOW STRONG AND CREDIBLE IS IT? DO THE NATIVES HAVE ACCESS TO HOSIPITALS, CLINICS AND TREATMENT CTRS? BUILD MORE HOSPITALS.
Worried about preserving Switzerland’s economic health — and fending off challenges from the far right — the government invoked a “safeguard” clause in its European agreements that allows it to restrict immigration from E.U. states. For the next year, it will issue five-year work permits to 53,700 citizens of 17 western E.U. countries and 2,180 permits for citizens of the 10 East European countries that joined the bloc after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Some Swiss argue that the steps were needed to relieve the pressure of new migrants, who have swelled Switzerland’s population to more than eight million in a country comprised of cantons
balanced among its German, French and Italian speakers.
GHANA'S early hopes were dashed by exclusionary politics, poor economic management and corruption, which created and perpetuated political instability.
ARE WE GOING TO LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND FIX THEM OR ARE WE GOING TO BLINDLY LOOK AWAY N CONTINUE TO WALLOW IN MEDIOCRITY?
Maxwell Kofi Jumah who claims to have "concrete evidence" to support his allegation says, President Mahama is the architect behind the huge monies given to RLG and Zoomlion, both service providers to the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Agency (GYEEDA).
FOLKS, HOW CAN Salaries Of Ghanaian MPs BE THE 3rd Highest In The World? HIPC, 3RD WORLD NATION GHANA?...NO WAY!
REDUCE THE SALARIES OF THESE USELESS , OVERINFLATED EGOS N USE THE CASH TO DEVELOP OUR RAILWAYS, HIGHWAYS, MARKETS, STADIUMS, POLICE FORCE, SECURITY AGENCIES.
OH GH. TOO MUCH STRIFE, HUNGER. PPL ARE DISILLUSIONED. THEY DONT EVEN USE THEIR THINKING CAPS ANYMORE. THEY ACT AND BEHAVE LIKE ZOMBIES. ALL BECAUSE OF
CORRUPTION N GREED FROM OUR SO CALLED POT BELLIED LEADERS.
Most of the over $541 million revenue received from oil in 2012 was drained by Government due to poor planning and spending decisions rendering most of the projects incomplete.
Compared to its African neighbors like Malawi, Tanzania and the DRC, Ghana’s cost overruns are at least 18 percent higher.
Unlike the situation in southern Africa, there is no real regional rail network in the ECOWAS area, nor are the rail gauges internally compatible.
In fact, the national rail networks of ECOWAS‘s member states are mostly disconnected from each other. This is in contrast to southern Africa,
where interconnected national railway systems form a regional railway network that spans half a dozen countries and extends from the southern part of the
Democratic Republic of the Congo all the way to Durban in South Africa.
In Ghana, gold, bauxite, manganese, cocoa, among others are also exported without much value addition.
Leaders in the communities told Ghanaian journalists about the support they receive from the government of Tanzania, which ensures that resources benefited the locals and how
out of their own ingenuity, make business sense of the opportunity.
