    Those who pay the tax are those the GRA can identify and close down. What are you doing about those who don't pay at all?

    Exactly!! How do you collect the unpaid taxes by closing the defaulting company ? CEPS also takes the same measures against factories which do not pay excise duties.This is a crazy backward decision.
