It is a cultural thing and addressing it should start from the top. It should include judges who give people 10 yrs for stealing a chicken to Ama security boys who use clubs on market women. It's costing alot of money looking after prisoners who rather could have paid a fine/revenue to the country. We are just not working in a smart manner in general

Those who pay the tax are those the GRA can identify and close down. What are you doing about those who don't pay at all?

The billions of cedis that was previously paid by PTC to government have all lost.

Exactly!! How do you collect the unpaid taxes by closing the defaulting company ? CEPS also takes the same measures against factories which do not pay excise duties.This is a crazy backward decision.
