    I have said over and over again that our university graduates are useless and that is why we are suffering.

    If the World Bank funds the development of the utility infrastructure, the it must have a say in the PURC's competence. Otherwise the millions of dollars invested will be mismanaged and repayment could become a problem.

    The world bank should mind its own business. This is a sovereign country. Unfortunately, we always go begging them for loans so they think they can tell us what to do. They do not have our interest at heart.
