    with internet the manufactures should have been able to email suggestions and plant operators email reading back!

    our technician and engineers are just useless, so they can't fix that and had to bring in a turbine engineer! what have they been learning in school.

    and you claim hydro power is running low?????? maybe in dry season or drought..But i just read story days ago about resident being told to move away from the spill ways at Weji dam??
