    WORLD BANK HAS NO TRACK RECORD TO HAVE ELIMINATED POVERTY ANYWHERE.THEY ARE HERE TO MILK OUR NATION AND TO ENSLAVE OUR CITIZENS.WE DONT NEED ANY GMF.THIS IS HOW THEY ENRICH THEMSELVES.

    Totally agree: That is no news! Tons of money go to consultants for compiling papers that are of NO USE whatsoever to the projected beneficiaries!
