a result of lack of practical knowledge, poor educational reforms as well as the notion that everyone must go to the university. Book-long has never solved a single problem in Ghana.Engineers in Ghana cannot even use spanners and will always like to be seen in ties. What nutters!

There are many laws on our books which are not enforced. People (parliamentarians) are paid to pass laws and the laws are not implemented.Is this not a waste of national resources? We are living in this country as if we are not binded by laws. If the laws are not going to be enforced, then there is no use in spending money and time to pass these laws, in the first place.
ECG and the VRA have indicated the load shedding exercise has ended but my area ( Fish pond in Nii Boi Town) has consistently been undergoing load shedding for the past 3 days( from 5/6/13 to date). We dont deserve this treatment so the authorities should do something about it.
