    VERY COMMON IN EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, CANADA AND US, AS WELL AS SCANDINAVIAN COUNTRIES. BUILDING WILL NOT HANDED OVER TO CLIENTS WITHOUT HYDRO, WATER, SANITATION CERTIFICATION INCLUDING THE CITY, MUNICIPALITIES
