They have no scruples, no life, no respect for law and order, no respect for pedestrians, I mean when I watch National Geographic, I observe far more civility and tranquility amongst wild untamed animals than I observe on the streets and neighborhoods of Accra, Ghana.

why did the communication to the various concerned bodies fail. please leaders must learn to do things right because the fuel price increase affect everything else and so the publicity should be there
