Anyway, Japan for the past 20 years has been saddled with debt resulting from quantitative easing, I don't know why their attention is now tilting to Africa. I think they are trying to play catch-up with China on the African market.
Well, Ghanaians should play their cards well. This Century can favor Africa big time if we have plans in our hands.
