Don't.believe the local industry can survive if the govt don't support them its done everywhere in the world mostly smugglers don't pay the required tariff because they team up with customs to cheat the systems

when goods from outside is equal with less cost, what can govt do.
smuggling in all areas is not acceptable. do not pretend its only the textile industry.
