    if Nigeria as a west african powerhouse and big time money bag CANNOT boast of state of the art refinery in multiples then in ghana here we need to pat ourselves on the shoulder.

    Refinerys in Nigeria are working below capacity for same reason that Tema oil has been closed for 9 months..Big men in NDC make more money importing petro and deisel instead of oil...Go back to bush you NDC monkey!
