You might be an empty barrel that makes lots of noice.WHAT BUSINESS DO YOU KNOW?From what EDAIF is saying here, the loan could be applied from their own secretariat, seing the banks have inflated the uptimum interest rate instructed for them to charge.I CAN CONSULT EDAIF directly to apply then, because there could be a bargain there.I might pay less than the 12.5% since we are in NEGOTIATION ERA IN EVERY BUSINESS ARENA.

I dare you to go to the EDAIF. With the government borrowing at 22% (check treasury notes, bills rates) do you expect the banks to lend below 22%. Assuming our government will not go bankrupt (they can print more money) then I am not wrong in positing that the domestic risk free rate is 22%. This is common sense and Finance 101...it has nothing to do with knowing how to do business. Nana Appiah you have just exposed your ignorance.

Let them review their relationship with the banks and see if they can any private money to seed their political ambitions! These statements loaded with clichés don't work.
The last time I checked, the Bank of Ghana Monetary Policy Rate (MPR)was 15%. Assuming an interbank rate around 15%, how do banks survive lending at 12.5% or less?

the problem is this so calledEDAIF and their direcctors. why ask banks to charge to the maximum 10%. 5% would have been more than enough.
