    If the government is borrowing at around 22% in the domestic market why should you expect banks to lend at 12.5% or less. The EDAIF is just making emotional, "look-I-care-about-you" kind of argument that is baseless. Let them ...

    the problem is this so calledEDAIF and their direcctors. why ask banks to charge to the maximum 10%. 5% would have been more than enough.
