Blame CEPS if truck loads of rice are illegally imported into the country. Are we being told that these big trucks with illegally imported rice are not being examined at the entry points? If this is what is going on at the entry points then it even means that the security of the nation is threatened for who knows what else is illegally imported into the country with the bags of unexamined cargo of rice.In the same way barrels of petrol and kerosine leave the country hidden under exported consignments of bags of cola, plywood etc to Togo and the Ivory Coast with the collusion of Ghana's borders' officials. Our border officials collect huge sums of money as bribes from those who illegally import and export across our borders.

This is no different than China selling clothes and plastic wares in ghana.. But nobody but the traders complain.
