Vehicle Insurance in Ghana does not function as expected of any Insurance. Nobody can rely on Ghana Insurance to get his damage settlet by the offenders insurance, unless they have dubious connections within the Insurance company.
Insurance has rendered itself redundant and useless in Ghana. We can do without it.
Settle such cases amicably with the oponent, instead of wasting thousands of Gh. cedis on the Police, just chasing a "Police-Report" which will be rejected by the Insurance, claiming: "That Driver was drunk when he caused the accident"

Why don't attorneys sue the State for allowing such vehicles to operate? The State has issued them license plates to operate therefore they should be sued.

You can never get a number Plate without proofing that you have an insurance, if you fail to pay the insurance. they infom the Police, and Police will look for your car to take your number plate away. No moving vehicle go to the road without a number plate.
