    Vehicles owned by government and quasi-government agencies including the security services are likely to be a very large portion of the 200,000. No cause for alarm.

    Why don't attorneys sue the State for allowing such vehicles to operate? The State has issued them license plates to operate therefore they should be sued.

    here in usa plates or decals are given every year in most states. So if you are not in the computer data base as having insurance no plates for you..And if you drop insurance they void your registration and police look for yo ...
