SO MINISTER HAS NO INSPECTORS IN MINISTRY
Are you saying the government gives contracts to contractors to build roads and infrastructures; pays them without sending our inspectors to verify whether the jobs have been performed or not according to the standards or service level agreements??
Asking other contractors to report the shoddy jobs of other contractors is no way to professionally manage a government project. This clearly demonstrates that this job of managing the country is beyond the abilities and capabilities of these ministers.
THEY ARE SIMPLY OUT OF THEIR DEPTHS AND NOT CUT OUT FOR THESE JOBS. THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AT WORKING AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL. HOW CAN THE PRESIDENT IMAGINE THEY CAN DO THE JOB.
There are qualified and experienced Ghanaian technocrats all over the world and in Ghana who are not affiliated to any party; just professionals who will never be given the chance to serve their country. Foreign countries around the world now benefit from their expertise and rewarding them.

I can't believe what this Minister is saying. You want to sit in your comfort zone, and rely on others to the work for you. This does not make sense.
