MD am sure you are not on the ground with your T24 software you have imposed on the RCBs and its bad infrastructure that is making RCBs loosing its customers due to low turn around times. Now that you are on the seat, take positive steps to ensure that banks manages their servers at respective banks than the centralised one with its attendant problem such as system down times, lack of space for storage of information, inability to generate BOG reports compelling Apex bank to go in for a new software, Business Intelligence, which add cost to already out of budget cost being passed on to RCBS.
