This simple idea is being use all over the developed countries to generate additional revenue to support national development projects such as hospital, roads and schools. The government should empower the regions to create their own " lottery and gaming systems" and use the proceeds for such projects. A 2 million cedis lottery jactpot can bring in 12 million cedis if it is structure properly.
