The government should also talk about the shoddy work done by some of these local contractors.The government should make sure the country gets it money wealth of work performed and that the roads are maintained after construction. Some of these roads are washed away after just one rainfall after they are constructed. The contractors should be held accountable.

I believe that in as much as the contractors want tools and levy's reviewed,there should be a way of plugging all the loopholes in the collection centers,otherwise the government will keep reviewing tools but the road fund account will still suffer.I think there should be a strict monitoring system that will ensure that all monies collected at the various points are accounted for.there should also be a system to ensure that no fake tickets are issued and that all tickets issued are genuine and a system put in place to monitor sales,that way we will see improvement in the fund.
