  - Why has your outfit GRA sat down for
  so long to take action in recovering such huge sum of money owed to Ghana?
  
  - Is GRA, regarding your section operating effectively and efficiently?
  
  - Are you and your section of GRA competent enough to handle the job entrusted into your hands?
  
  Apparently, from look of things your office has failed the country. It thus appear that it is not only this particular company that has refused to abide by the rule of law of operations of companies in Ghana (Companies Act) but there are other companies doing same. This mainly due to your ineffectiveness in your job. This awful and negligent in your office performance has plague the country greatly, hence there is complete lack of or generation of enough REVENUE for the GRA and costing Ghana very dearly in terms of development and lack of progress.
  
  How can Ghana move forward when such people like you are in position of duty/authority and more so in such a RESPONSIBLE Government outfit and cannot take urgent and effective action to recover Government revenue. In spite of this poor duties at your post, your men/section collects their monthly SALARIES. This clearly shows why Ghana is effectually going backwards.
  
  Mr Akpabli, let me make it clear to you and your colleagues that you people will not be in your jobs, had it being you live in a developed country. Your lot are 'square pegs in round' and you do not deserve to be in that all important office. I pretty much reckon your situation is not also being seen by the Finance and Economic Minister either. Just look at the situation of Ghana - 56 years after independence? No electricity, water,
  and fuel for the poor people. What motivation do you and your office have to raise/increase REVENUE for Ghana? How did it take so long to chase this particular company for it to pay their debt to Ghana? Your situation is very shocking indeed. How can you explain this to your President for your woeful performance? And that one company owes 4 plus million Cedis.
  
  Are there not Security Agencies in Ghana, who can be granted Authority by a Court to have helped GRA? This Mr Muhammadu Muzzammils and his company
  can never do business in a developed country like the UK, France, US and others. These foreign companies must be perused aggressively with the laws of Ghana, and must be hugely fined in order to serve as a deterrent to other foreign organisations who want to do business in Ghana. No company either of British or foreign can mess with HRMC, the body for all tax collection in the UK. So same situation must happen in Ghana. What is Mr Seth Tekper doing about REVENUE collection in the country? It is a fact he has just got the job, however, he surely must be aware of the country,s GRA inability to generate the needed REVENUE for Ghana. This mainly is due to plain CORRUPTION in the country as a whole, which is driving underdevelopment whilst simultaneously creating untold/extreme hardship for the poor.

  The GRA should sell their stuff and pay off the unpaid duty. Criminals setting up businesses to dupe Ghana.

  Their activities should be investigated well. I have worked in that company before. Even the worker's SSNIT and tax, they do not pay. They cheat the workers a lot. Please do something.
