    This is the more reason why Minister, their deputies, and all those parasites and hangers-on MUST pay bills like anybody. If they pay their bills, I hope a big burden will go off our heads. Government must think a bit, ahh!!!

    Ministries and big companies owe ECG huge amount of capital, but there's less effort to retrieve those monies.

    The increase in tariffs is not the way to go. Gov't, the energy providers ie VRA, Gridco, Energy, ECG Comm, etc, etc, should not be seen to be burdening the Ghanaian, with their inefficiencies, by way of tariff increases. The ...

    The solution is to find cheap source of electricity generation using the sun, wind, biomas and what-not, NOT paying more. Relying on scarce sources like water and petrol will deepen the crisis in the face of demand explosion
