Well Said Mr. Terkper:
"Mr Terkper said as part of government‘s efforts to involve the private sector in public infrastructure and service delivery through PPP, a national policy on PPPs had been designed and launched.
The policy, he said, expected that all PPPs should have the core values of sustainability, acceptability to the demands of accelerated national development and value-for-money in terms of timely, better and enhanced delivery of the project."
I hope you work hard to see this through. You do not have to re-invent the wheel here. This has already been done elsewhere like the US. Retain the services of an experienced consultant and engage the them do develop a comprehensive plan including implementation and financing options. Take this process out of the limelights, so that you can avoid unnecessary distractions. Then you focus on the execution to fulfill the objectives of the plan. This will assure Stability, Growth, International Acceptability and Flood of Financing to see the plan come through. There is a desire out there to see Ghana succeed. Make your first move Now, Now, Now.
God Bless the Smart minds of Ghana.

another sad day for the people and again one notices the illiterate dominate . a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and while people are fighting and quarreling with each other the atrocities of non performance , corruption and evil selfishness continue. this not a budget with a plan but rather reading between the lines and what they deliberately omitted to mention one notices there is no comprehensive executive plan to develop the nation , no new jobs , no meaningful investments expected and nothing to guarantee a better standard for the people . this is just another buy more time while increasing debt and in the meantime lets bullshit the people into thinking something is happening . this is failure and if they had any integrity they would all resign , shame on you ndc
