    It will be highly appreciated if you could train the local young people the "know-how" instead of depending on foreigners who receive fat compensation at the expense of the people who are suffering in silence.

    Dunkwa-on-Offin is in the Upper Denkyira East and not West.
    And by the way there is no constituency by the name Upper West Constituency. The constituencies are either Upper Denkyira East or Upper Denkyira West.
