    WHY THIS NEWS? THE POLICY WAS PREPARED IN 2009 AND LAUNCHED IN JUNE 2010 AND I WAS THERE. I HAVE A COPY. RECENTLY AGI ACCUSED THE GOVT OF HAVING DONE NOTHING TO IMPLEMENT THE POLICY.

    No Industrial Development Plan of any kind without consideration of National Transportation will succeed.

    Forgot about this. For any industrial
    policy sort out the infratsructue component(roads, ports, railwys), tax laws, water and electricity , skills component then the rest will follow.
