They should only be housing for Military..The police buy or rent their own homes in america..Thats why ghana has no money..Rather than give employees a raise to min wage of america ($7.25 per hour)..They build homes and give away cars to employees that have to be replaced later( again more money). Home loans in america are 3.88% for 30 years..I just bought pickup truck for 4.9% for 5 years..So lower interest rates on loans and things will improve

Why no legal action is being taken against STX Korea for breach of contract? If it has been the other way round the Government would have been sued which might have resulted in another judgement. My guess is that the only reason for not suing STX Korea is that those who negotiated the contract and took their "10%" would have been asked to refund their take and or the legal team for the Government also think there will be nothing in it for them personally.

It seems in Ghana, quality does not count. The government should not waste our tax payers money by awarding such contracts to our local construction firms who have neither the expertise, know-how or qualified workers to carry out such projects.
