The talking is too much, we have to do the supporting of the SME's to enable them to help do away with this unemploment canker.

Ghana ought be in the lead S.Korea in everything if Dr.Osagyefo Kwame Nkruma and his VISION for Ghana was not assassinated by UP (matemehofo)ideologist and unscrupulous Afrifa and E.K. Kotoka whose era has been followed by free-range and waves of corruptions that has now become the best adorned culture in Ghana.
What happened to the Neoplan Plant in Ghana?why?where is the revenues from our gold and cocoa ?
No matter what the 2012 elctions has become let us all support Prez.John Mahama
for a better Ghana guided by New Ideas of Reforms that must target Common Sense Nation Management and erradication of corrupt men from Ghana's Politicaland Public Positions

The public sector in Ghana that you are "managing" in is the source of all corruption and poverty in Ghana.
There is no efficiency, controls and effectiveness in any "service" at the public sector. Either you have to bribe your way or you will be delayed for weeks or months to get anything done.
So proactiveness and innovativeness without public sector service delivery process improvement and setting of satndards of performaance and performance management is like a dream.
You guys at the public sector are only milking Ghana for your own good like the Rawlingses did to Ghana.
