Not only that the govrnment should impose special taxes on those who use expensive,petrol guzzling vehicles especially the so-called 4x4s.The government should also impose special higher taxes on any items that can be produced in the country,especially food items .The government should not be afraid to implement any legitimate tax measures meant to raise revenue to balance the cedi component of its budget for development purposes.
