You can have a rail station that has kantamanto stores embedded in the design, where a modern train station will be underground and the stores occupy the upper floors. You kill two birds with one stone. The train station will be busy with travellers and shoppers at the same time. Everyone keeps his or her job.
The government needs to step in. Get the Ga traditional council, Railway authority, the Kantamanto association and a private investor to partner to build. Proceeds will be shared according to share contribution.
