Ghana's interests remain Supreme. The IMF must not take a business as usual approach at all times. Comments on Goldbod operating from local IMF office have been negative. However, its tone started changing when the MD of the World Bank visited Ghana and had a more positive posture on developments to the economic policies and their impact. At the recent IMF and World Bank meetings in Bangkok the IMF did not sound negative as it had been doing before. What changed?. We await the next IMF reporting on Ghana under PCF (?) programme.
