Ok been asking this question but no one seems to have the answer. What is the useless rent control officer walking about with large media entourage doing some Rambo shows? U shd rather spend his time to go to the hardware shops to reduce their prices before he goes after landlords. By the way am from Naija..just I shd let u guys know
