NACOC arrested the bodyguard. Why is some obscure, self-styled "Crime Check Foundation" responding to public interest in the accused? Why can't either NACOC or the Presidential Security Department or Human Resources at the Presidential complex inform the public about the occupational status of the said bodyguard?
Using partisan media sources and spurrious, never-unheard-of "foundations" is very pathetic, unprofessional, and extremely damaging to NDC. The more the NDC government resorts to such cheap tricks, the more it arouses suspicion and speculation. The public is not so naive and gullible. So far, NACOC has refused to release photographs of the alleged criminals. There was a statement from the Presidential Office stating that no such bodyguard was employed in the President's security detail when the truth appears to be that the bodyguard is a former employee.

This story is very worrying in the sense that, a person, deem to be a member of the President security personnel’s is found complicit in the recent cocaine saga. The current atmosphere in Ghana is not something that we should all be happy about with Cocaine cases involving individuals and officials who is aiding the export of this material.
Is it the case that our Ports are weak now and port security services cannot do better security checks on these cocaine consignments, or there are some cabals in the security services who are helping individuals to perpetuate this crimes. Government need to put his ‘feet down’ to fight this canker that is gradually getting its feet’s in the country.
