Kufour, as was his business operandi, took his kickbacks and saddled Ghana with obsolete machines, Kufour should be investigated and brought to book, EOCO must investigated the circumstances surrounding that acquisition. That man connived and contrived to jail NDC functionaries on frivolous corruption charges.
