This is case for the insurance, but I know they do not have any insurance to cover natural disaster.
Government interventions normally cover private people and petty trader but not a company of such magnitude.

Although I sympathise with the flood victims, I want to plead with those who rent or build houses in Accra and Tema to be very careful. There are areas which are reserved as wet lands. There are areas in Accra where the indigenes will not stay but others out of desperation will stay. This has made Accra overcrowded. People live in kiosks, under bridges, on water ways, at markets, everywhere. This means they don't have bath, toilets. They buy cooked food eat and throw the rubbish in gutters. This is Accra/Tema for you. A word to the wise is enough.
