What is going on in the NDC govt. Looks like there's no synchrony. Mahama says his expressway will cost $1.8b and his finance minister says it will cost $4.0b. Jinapor the energy minister is talking about 1200, 1400MW and the finance minister says 3000MW for the same period. Are they all telling lies or just juggling figures. I mean what is going on?
