Aligned that to the 30 million people in a country called Ghana, and if we cannot manage our finances then, how independent are we?
We can raise this amount in Ghana without any string attached but the well-educated will rather go and sit beside another human with a different skin color with some stupid instruction.

We are so corrupt in the mind, we cannot reject money from a sick person or poor man, we will collect it and waste it, abuse it, that is how foolish we are as human, and we call it intelligence. We need to get serious as a nation, stop the laziness, foolishness, playing politics and work and feed ourselves, instead of drawing up stupid policies over the past 50 years where others have to work hard and supplement our budget every year. Lazy and useless leadership, only good at praising themselves, instead of going to work, doing a proper day's work.
